Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
If eligible, your item may be refunded or exchanged. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus original shipping charges and a $18 return processing fee.
Final Sale Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:
Any opened or used accessories
Custom Orders
All custom ELLSWORTH products are made to order and are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom items.
Purchases from Retailers
If you purchased your ELLSWORTH item from one of our authorized retail partners, please contact them directly for assistance. Our team is unable to refund, exchange, or replace items bought through other retailers.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Email us at support@ellsworthofficial.com with:
If the product is reported as damaged within 30 days, we’ll offer a replacement or refund. If reported within 60 days, we may issue store credit for use on ellsworthofficial.com. Items showing signs of general wear and tear after 30 days are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, ELLSWORTH is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
If the product is reported as damaged within 30 days, we’ll offer a replacement or refund. If reported within 60 days, we may issue store credit for use on ellsworthofficial.com. Items showing signs of general wear and tear after 30 days are not eligible for refund or replacement.
